Do guys ignore female colleagues?

There’s a guy at work. Before I went on maternity leave he used to speak to me a lot. Since Iv been back his been a bit odd. One minute he will speak to me. The next he will walk passed me and ignore me. Is this something guys do?

I have never had an argument with him or anything. I have seen him laughing and joking with other female colleagues. Am I being paranoid?

You were gone for a while and in that time he probably got used to talking to those other women more. In any case I wouldn’t bother feeling any sort of way about this if I were you. At the end of the day you’re there to work, and doing your job should be the focus.

Does he like you? Chances are he likes you so if he sees you talking w some other dude he may get mad. It could be too that he just built a better relationship w these other women he talks to since you’ve been gone. Doesn’t really matter you have a kid now, I’m also assuming you have a man so whether he talks to you or not should have no bearing on you. Now if he doesn’t talk to you as far as work is concerned then it’s an issue, but personally just talking to you, no.

Why does it even matter? If you didn't do or say anything wrong, dont worry about it. Just work like you normally would. Girls seem to scrutinize everything to the point of insanity. Maybe he has personal issues a lot on his mind. who knows
