Should I be suspicious?

I've been talking to someone for 3 weeks and we're at the stage where we are going to meet (he lives about 40miles from me and doesn't drive). We met on a dating app but everytime I'm talking to him he is online on there. Should I be suspicious?

He is keeping his options open in case your potential relationship doesn't work out. That is what you should do--don't put all your eggs in one basket. Meet first, then decide if he may be worth more of your time.
