Should I be suspicious of this?

I am asking this because I tend to be a little jealous of my boyfriend. But what I am about to tell you is a little anormal so please hear me out. I am in another city rn and I was facetiming with my boyfriend 4 hrs ago. I asked him "what are you doing today" and he said "I will go out with a friend". Normally, he would name the friend he is going out with since I know all of them. And I asked what friend and he named a girl friend that I am not fond of. I just said ok. 2 hrs later he called me again and I asked where he is going and again he said "I am going to meet with a friend". He normally tells me who he is meeting with but he now he is not telling me. I think he named the girl that I am not fond of just so I do not get jealous. What do you guys think? Is this sus or am I just freaking out?
