Is he ever gonna come back?

so I have been talking to this guy for over a month now and we actually reconnected after two months of not talking. we started talking October and We only talked for a week and he was going to move away so we stopped talking because we don’t want long distance and then after two months, he reached out saying that he’s not moving anymore and if I am interested in talking to him again so I said yes. how I know him I know him through my sister‘s best friend who introduced us because she thought we have a lot in common and we might be interested into each other. We do have a lot in common actually, and he himself said that I am on paper the girl that he sees marrying in the future and after a month of talking he is saying he doesn’t have romantic feelings for me. He said that not even a week after taking my virginity!!! The day he said this we hang out and he fell asleep on my chest, and he dropped me home and he called and told me that he doesn’t feel any romantic feelings for me and that we should stop talking, which I’m very confused because what does that mean and why would he act so into me like saying his bathroom is gonna be “our” bathroom and that he wants to go down on me or have period sec with me or something like if i get you flowers will i be able to take it home since i have very strict Muslim parents. I want to know if someone can tell me what he means and why he feels that way? Because even though we only talked for a month, I fully trusted him, and I felt a real connection with him, and it felt like he did too, so yea thank you please be honest
