Guy's Behavior

How do I handle this?

My boyfriend 27m has a gaming addiction I think. He is unemployed and games for 14 plus hours a day and when I get home from work he's still gaming and I work 10 hours a day 4 days a week and when I get home nothing is done and he's asleep so I have to pick stuff up and cook and if he is awake he's gaming and when I ask him to help me he says maybe and doesn't. Today is one of my off days and he's sick so I've helped him by giving him medicine and everything I give him he says doesn't work. His face is red and puffy looking so I tapped his shoulder and he pulled his earphone to the side and I suggested maybe a screen break would help and he ignored me just stared blankly at his screen and I said I was going to walmart to get some vics shower tabs and I asked if he knew what those where and he continued ignoring me so I said ok I will leave you alone for a little while and I can hear him talking with other people now. I dont know how much longer I can handle this. Im starting to get resentful.

Also wanted to add he says there's nothing to do around the house so he games but it snowed yesterday and I tried to get him to play outside with me and our dogs and he ignored me that time and played his game instead
How do I handle this?
