Depends what you want and which one it willing. As a high value man valentines means nothing to me.
@hagar88 Then why did you respond?
Because im a high value man.
@hagar88 Nice! Whats your networth?
I own 20 properties outright. Rent 40. Some of the properties I rent are more expensive than the home I live in. Recently bought a new f150 truck I dont need as tax write off. So you could probably guess im doing ok.
@hagar88 What do you estimate your network is?
Current house i live in is worth $300,000. Owned outright
@hagar88 Thats an asset, Im asking what your overall networth is. Do you understand the difference?
Overall its entirely dependent on the market. But when your a hv man you know not to talk about things as vulgar as money.
@hagar88 You were the one who said you were a HV man. Im not sure why you would consider money "vulgar" especially considering you're saying you spend your time making it.
Money mostly makes itself.
@hagar88 You are using it as a metric to validate your value yet are unable to say how much you have.
You know what i have. If you understood money you'd know roughly what I have.
@hagar88 I only know what you tell me and so far you have been vague on a subject you are claiming validates your value. Knowing about money has no relevance to what you have shared. If you are High Value as you claim sharing your approximate networth isn't that difficult.
Exactly. A high value man never has to state his wealth, other high value men and chicks already know.
@hagar88 Unfortunately thats false. If you're going to use your wealth to validate your status being able to articulate it is coming sense. If you can't do that why did you bring it up in the first place?
Being a High Value man I dont seek validation from anyone. Like I say, we high value men recognise each other. We all know who owns what and how much we are worth without ever being told. We can also spot who is all flash
@hagar88 That would be more believable if you weren't the one to bring this up. You made a claim about your value and then when pressed on that claim you were not able to validate anything. Saying you own rental properties doesn't mean anything, if you were truly a man of value as you claim you would understand that cash flow is the metric you use when discussing Rental real estate. TBH it seems like you're simply regirgitating things you've heard make men valuable but have not actually done these things yourself.
Lol you speak of cash flow. When your a high value you man you never have to worry about cash flow.
Differences from Truly High Quality men and Individuals pretending they are high quality men are while individuals pretending to be high quality men often wear large logos and display wealth openly, truly High Quality men are often "stealth" wealthy, preferring to remain private about their finances and often living more modestly. The truly High Quality man tends to buy for quality, not for show.
@hagar88 Yea, buddy you dont really seem to know what you're talking about. Cash Flow is literally the metric used to measure profit/loss for Rental Properties. I can understand if you're embarrassed, however you should have at least lied about something you have knowledge of. You're also the sake guy who claimed he had all these friends who had been cheated on which is another metric displaying your lack of value to the world.
You think in such small short terms. Im not a slum lord. As long as the rents continue to be paid the properties pay for themselves and I pay my wife and I a small wage for managing the properties. Nobody keeps large sums of money sitting around doing nothing not earning like a pimp or gangster.
Even gangster rappers on mtv cribs fake it. The mansion isn't theirs, the jewellery is rented, the cars are rented, the hoe's are rented, everything is rented for the day.
Im at a stage right now where I can buy anything I want or go anywhere I want.
@hagar88 Im thinking in logical terms. If someone tells me their value is determined by their wealth, logically Im going to ask them to disclose it. If you are incapable of doing so thats on you. Regardless you've kind of shown me the answer. Only you brought up being a slum lord or owning fake chains which again tells me what you are used to. The original question never even mentioned any of these things if you would like to answer that one great, if not I dont see what value you add to this conversation.
I feel like you had an idea of what being a high value man was and now your perception has been shattered. Its not just the appearance of wealth, its actually having it.
@hagar88 You're more than welcome to feel how you like. Fortunately I dont need a rondom guy on a social media platform to provide unsolicited opinion about HV. I am one as well as my circle. Once you mentioned your properties, I knew you didn't know you were talking about. The original question simply asked how do you decide which girl to take out. The fact you ignored that question to tell me s bunch of lies, that you were unable to back up tell me all I need to know about you.
I answered you question. I basically said that to HV men valentines day mean nothing, which is true. Just another day of the week.
Properties are just part of what I've got going for me. Im not one of those guys with a flashing a Mexican bankroll, with a leased white landrover.
@hagar88 Now I understand your confusion. That wasn't my question. I asked how do you decide which one of your woman to take out on Valentines day.
And I answered. A HV man doesn't care about valentines day so id pick which ever girl I wanted to spend time with.
@hagar88 Thats a weird statement so are you making the argument that HV men dont care about Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc?
Christmas is a christian day and genuine holiday. Thanksgiving is enjoyable though im not American. Valentines day is just a commercial event for suckers, dont get me wrong Valentines day made me a lot of money back in the day when I had the restaurant and when the wife was running the florist for me but other than that why bother.
@hagar88 One could argue that same thing about Christmas. My point if you dont celebrate valentines day why did you feel the need tp comment on the post?
Christmas is turkey day. I answered because you asked.
@hagar88 I never asked you and if you dont celebrate the holiday, your opinion isn't reall needed.
Well its not really a holiday is it? More like an afternoon where sheeple line up like fools for an overpriced meal and but trinkets and such
@hagar88 Ok, but its obviously important enough that you felt the need to respond and fabricate your value.
Just good manners answering the question you have asked of everyone, sorry you dont like the answer. I've no need to fabricate my value, it is inherent
@hagar88 I think I see your confusion. Its actually quiet rude to provide an answer about a subject matter you admit to knowing nothing about. As far as not "liking" the answer thats simply something you need to say to deflect from the fact that your answer has nothing to do with the question. Obviously you feel the need to fabricate it because you continue to bring up your value yet can't articulate it when pressed.
:Depends what you want and which one it willing. As a high value man valentines means nothing to me."
My answer.
@hagar88 Value and Holidays have nothing to do with each other. This is another reason your comments are irrelevant. Your feelings got hurt because you heard the phrase High Value and know you are ineptitly attempting to prove you are someone a High Value man by saying a bunch of nonsense you think validates your stance.
See you've got all butthurt for no reason. I answered your question. Maybe go with the chick that has the bigger tits.
@hagar88 Thats simply a projection, of your own insecurities. Thats an appropriate answer you should have said that first, but you felt the need to try to convince me of your value.
Im a pretty secure guy. You just feel intimidated and emasculated.
@hagar88 It doesn't sound like you are. You felt the need to tell me you were High Value.
Well i am a HV male, its not in doubt and look at the title of your question
@hagar88 You keep saying that but when asked to validate your value you are unable to do so. The question also asked about how you make your decisions on Valentines Day if you dont even acknowledge the holiday then its very odd that you choose to interject.
Yes i told you how I would choose.
You asked the question and as a high value male I answered how I would choose.
Yes high value men dont care about valentines day, to a high value man every day is valentines.
I dont need to validate my value, high value mrn dont need validation.
@hagar88 All you said is that Valentines day means nothing to you. This seems false considering how much you've gone out of your way to try to convince the audience of this. Unfortunately someone like you can't really speak for high value men, but ty for sharing this strange opinion.
Not sure what audience you refer to but as a HV man is dont need one and us HV men dont need a spokesman.
Your welcome
@hagar88 I agree we dont need a spokesman or someone who doesn't even understand cash flow.
Like I said HV men don't worry about daily, monthly, or even yearly cash flow because they focus on owning income-producing assets—such as businesses, real estate, and stocks—that generate continuous cash flow, rather than relying on savings. They prioritize long-term asset growth and passive income, which often exceeds their expenses, allowing them to focus on wealth preservation and compound growth rather than immediate income needs.
Im sorry if that goes over your head.
@hagar88 You literally tried to use rental properties to justify your status and didn't even know what cash flow was.
So straight over your head 👍
