This new man started working with me we the same culture anyways we be working near each other and he be joking around a lot and he is straight forward he will say whatever he thinks off his mind to hear my comment and he be talking about his kids a lot good and bad stuff and also we be having laughs too

In my opinion, a work husband would be someone you’re very close with. You’re sharing everything with each other, really close and personal. You may think to bring him snacks or meals every day, or little things you think he needs. Same things you'd be doing for a husband. It doesn’t sound like that’s the case here, if anything it sounds like he’s becoming cooler with you as he gets to know you better, since he’s new and all.
