How would you feel if your partner had a work wife/husband?

I’m at work and this man apparently is married while fooling around with another woman that work with us. Her kids be saying to us that he loves her and that he makes her feel different. Her daughter comes here to the office after her job. One of my co-workers that was sitting across from me at the office said that if his wife finds out about this, she gonna be pissed. when the guy came into our work area, I asked him are you married? He said the woman is his work wife. the woman kids, her, and her family don’t know he’s married according to him. we seen his wife so many times.

I wouldn’t go for it. If I’m married, it’s us, Not us plus one. Usually when someone refers to someone as a work wife or work husband it’s in reference to someone who you work well w. Someone who helps you as much as you help them. You can go to them a lot for help, just the same as them coming to you. It’s usually nothing sexual. Some people may say I have a work wife myself. She’s someone I work w a lot who helps me a lot, I’ll help her a lot w her patients. She knows how I like certain things in my area as do I hers so if we have time we may help each other w those things by doing it w out being asking each other. She’ll answers patient’s lights on my side, she’ll say I got it just as I will do the same. Maybe we bring each other a drink or something but it’s not a sexual thing or even a flirtatious thing. We just function well together in a work setting.

I’d actually be happy if my wife had a boyfriend or casual partner. It would mean less tension, arguments or fights and I might get some peace. Unfortunately, my wife is a very old fashioned conservative and will not have sex with another man and I suffer abuse from her as a result.

@getwiththepg she’s just too moody and miserable like 90% of the time. I wouldn’t come home if it wasn’t for our children. I pay the mortgage and the bills and give her money to go anywhere and buy anything my money could get her, but she still expects me to do a lot of housework, be romantic, blah blah blah. I’m knackered after a long shift I just want to eat and sleep, but she takes all her frustrations out on me, shouting, swearing, cursing and what not. Divorce isn’t an option for a reason and I can’t beat her up because I don’t wanna go to jail, so I have to put up with shit.. Marriage is a big scam. If I could turn the clock back I’d never get married, even if miss universe wanted to marry me. Casual sex with a fuck buddy is the best deal for men. Marriage is financial security for women. For men it’s prison
