So I was seeing a guy that I kinda work with but not close he’s in a different dept. I’m not proud of it but lesson learned. Anyway, we were seeing each other since June. Everything seemed to be great until July hit and he started pulling back. Less texts didn’t see him a lot. He is divorced has kids. We never saw each other on the weekends and I get that he has his kids then but I figured he would have found a way. It was always during the week. He’d sometimes cancel on me too. I kept trying to figure out what was going on with us and he’d kinda dance around the subject. October came and he gave me the I can’t give you what you want excuse and that he was so busy it wasn’t fair to me. Long story short back in December he didn’t see why we couldn’t hang out again. We did. Had dinner hung out was intimate and everything seemed fine. I had a conversation a few weeks back that I was frustrated and wanted to know if he was using me and what was going on because he kept canceling on me. He sent me a text 2 weeks ago ending it the day we were supposed to get together. Said let’s just be friendly at work. I was a wonderful woman but wasn’t feeling this thing we had going on. I also threw him for a loop. I feel like I ruined everything but people are telling me it wasn't me. He just wasn’t in it and was non committal. I’m not sure if this was more avoidant behavior. The text really tore me up because every thing seemed to be fine and there was no other conversation that he was thinking about things like he stated. Why would he text ending it like that?

In life I always say if you never try you will never know & in life if you like someone you shouldn’t be afraid to tell them. As for romance in the work place it can happen easily especially when two people work close to each other or see each other day after day.
As for the guy in your story he’s divorced for a reason & although the reasons may be unclear it’s starting to make sense. As for the saying fake it until you make it honestly I think that is what he was doing & he only wanted to drop your panties.
He’s busy on weekends, he’s pulling back & avoiding you so either he is really busy being a father which is probably the case or maybe he has a girlfriend or a few side chicks. I guarantee if you texted him telling him you wanted to give him a blowjob he would be there instantly. He’s a player not ready to settle down again & you got played.
Life moves on & as for you it’s time for you to face the sunshine & let the shadows cast behind you. If truth be told you are better off without him unless you want a little boom boom from time to time.
