Is this appropriate behavior?

I am a school bus driver. One of my Schools is a middle/high school together so it’s grades 6-12. One of the adult male staff (I’m guessing by the slight graying in his beard he’s mid 40’s) kisses the girls on the forehead when they hug him before they run off to their buses. It gives me weirdo vibes. Am I making a big deal of it or do you think he’s a creep. He portrays this hip, dresses like the kids cool guy image.

No that is a big deal and widely inappropriate. I'm sure others have noticed this as well and likely informed the school. You should too. That is intimate contact with minors that probably are as weirded out by this as you seem to be. Inform the administrators at the school of this behavior. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt for now that you are not trolling but I just can't wrap my head around how someone that is 45 or older can't figure out if this is appropriate or not. It is blatantly obvious and to be honest I wouldn't want my kids (if I had any) around you because of your lack of instinct to see something wrong and inappropriate

I’m not trolling and I have reported it. I was told he means no harm, he’s just a nice guy and if the girls were weirded out, they wouldn’t be hugging him. Take your false opinion of me and shove it!
