Girls, why do gay men so often make such great friends for us?

For me, it's their sensitive nature. I would add that, since the very beginning, I have never seen them as a threat. Knowing their preference means I don't need to worry about the possibility they might want something more.

Two of my best friends are gay, and a couple since many years.

For me, they do not make great friends because they sense that I don‘t like them. Perhaps it is an aura I give but Gay men avoid me and I have learned to avoid the straight ones as will, just because I know what they want and that I am not ready to give them what they want.


I avoid any physical contact with men because I don’t know where their hands have been and what they have touched.


I totally hate physical touch and somehow, gay men seem to be very tactile. The thought of them touching me gives me the ick.
