It could be completely innocent, like it is from a family photo with a sister or cousin, or even an ex. If things feel like they are going to get serious with him, you have the right to ask him if he is single.

I don't have anyone that can see his posts. His other profile pic is just him on his own and I think he only has two posts.. but in our last class he stayed overtime for an hour but he started saying 'its up to you' for whether he stays or not. Like he always would stay longer in our classes. They are supposed to be thirty minutes.
