Why would a guy delete Instagram then return following only women?

About a year ago, there's a guy who used to be my classmate from college, he used to have instagram and he follows diverse accounts, then months later he deleted it since I cannot find it anymore. Just recently, I've found out that he created a new one and his following list are all women. What happened or can you explain or guess this change he became?

The women he follows aren't a lot. It's like 8 following lists and they aren't OF models.

Hmmmm. This is kind of odd. Because if he was just playing the field and hooking up then I don't imagine he would be following all of those girls at once, and wouldn't want them to know each other either.

My only closest ideas are that he is maybe the only guy working in a female run and owned business and is following all of his co-workers, or he's a photographer and does modeling shoots and those are his clients, or he's a wacko trying to start one of those sex cults and those are the only women following him so far. Really hard to say.
