Are there any guys who prefer smaller chests over medium or large? I only wear a 32D and have tried everything to grow them?

Secondly, yes, there ARE guys that either like smaller tits or just don't care! (And the later is the kind of guy you should go for! He loves you for YOU and NOT how big your tits are!)
Thirdly, have you tried Pueraria Mirifica? I've heard about LOTS of guys that used it to grow tits! If it'll work on them (one got a huge set of H cups!!), it should work WONDERS on you except that, as you've said, you're already D cup and those are nothing to sneeze at!!
Lastly, if you're below 26 years old, you shouldn't try to do anything with them, yet. They're actually still growing. Making changes to them, now, could hinder what you're gonna end up with.
