So I’ve been working at my job for a few weeks now, and there’s this guy I work with who’s really attractive. He mostly keeps to himself I never really see him talking to anyone but he’s spoken to me a few times.

The first time he talked to me, he asked if I liked the job and where I’m from. We mostly talked about work stuff. Around the 5th or 6th time we talked, he indirectly asked about my love life and what I like to do in my free time. Since then, we really haven’t had many conversations. I have caught him staring at me once or twice out of the corner of my eye when we were in group settings.

does this sound like he could be interested, or is he just being friendly?

If he is quiet, you should take more initiative. He could be terrible and inexperienced with women.
