Just because they fool with them doesn't mean that's their preference. Many men given the chance will go for the easiest option just for fun. That doesn't mean they see them as girlfriend/wife material but more of an easy catch.

Probably for the same reason that so many women with a roster have a problem with guys who cheat. Even though that guy has never actually cheated on them.🤷‍♂️😆
