How can I tell if my married coworker likes me, and how do I handle it?

He gets 'jealous' when I am with other male co workers.

I've noticed he is trying to avoid me or be days at the workplace when I am not there.

Others tell me that I "distract" him. Why do guys feel distracted by a girl?

We have a age gap of around mutiple years as well. He is older age wise.
