Was my manager’s reaction to seeing me talk to another guy jealousy?

Im quite new in a company and there is a crush with a manager, one day at lunch time I was talking quickly (about where to get food lol) with one of the guys … the manager arrived and saw the scene, quickly looked down and moved away?

he really literally stopped from getting in the room and turned back.

was this jealousy? Even if i was just randomly having a banal discussion?

crazy part is that we were not alone we were several people in the break room

Does t sound like it. Sounds like you’re looking too far into something that’s not existent. At least from this scenario. There isn’t much evidence to support what you’re thinking.

It could be entirely unrelated to you. Maybe he forgot he needed to do something.

Then why he looked down? Also i forgot to mention sorry, he looked at me with kind of dark gaze when I saw him a bit later lol

He could have done it out of nervousness or just because he realized he need to do something else. The "dark gaze" I guess it could mean he could be worried about competition or something.
