Only one of my guy friends has dates. I asked the one that tried to kiss me a few weeks ago on a cruise, while he had a girlfriend, that admitted he was just faking interest and scared of losing me, about how his date went this weekend, with another woman. Since breaking up with the last woman. He won’t tell me anything about it. He got awkward about my asking. I’m autistic. All I know is he went on a date and friends ask each other how dates went and if the kissing was good; but he got really embarrassed and left me on read.
I know with girl friends, they like to discuss their dates in detail.

It may be seen as inaproppriate to ask friends about their dates or anything related to their intimacy. Unless you are really good friends, this is a topic that may be causing some uneasiness and you experienced it yourself when asking, this guy suddenly took his distance from you.
I personally would not like if someone starts asking me about my past relationships or my sexuality. To me, this is something that is of nobody else's business but mine.
The reason for building a wall if someone asks you indiscreet questions is that you may judge that person for being a player, a womanizer or simply someone that cannot be faithful to a single person.
I would distance myself as well if anyone interferes with my personal life.
if it is... they will let you know of it
