There’s a guy at work and there’s a bit of joke amongst some of the girls that he ‘gives the eyes’ but I’ve noticed with my friend he does lock eyes with her intensely, but he seems to stutter, act awkward around her like it’s not easy, whereas he’ll flirt easy with others, why is that? Sometimes he’ll seem to be close to her and other times It’s like he flees and avoids her
