What makes a woman's eyes seem “crazy” to men?

A crazy eye has nothing to do with what sex a person is. As someone else said below, a "crazy" eye means one eye does not look in the same direction, correctly, straight ahead, with the other. Something wrong with the eye muscle. It can be corrected with surgery.

Never heard of men saying a woman's eyes seem or look crazy to them. Maybe it's their experience with a crazy woman bleeding onto their "look" or "eyes."

I have a cousin that was in a cult. He spent 3 years selling flowers at airports. He finally got out but he has kept the same crazy eyes 30 years later.

Hillary Clinton has the same eyes

Staring, like if her eyes are really wide and she doesn't blink.

When they aren't looking the same direction.
