Why do women stare unrelentingly into people's eyes?

I got a job where there's a ton of women. I've noticed that many of them are just staring without ever looking away into the eyes of the person they're talking to.

It's kind of strange to me. Is that supposed to be normal?

Either they’re attracted to you or it’s just attentively listening and conversing lol. I do that with most people and vice versa. Sorry you feel that way, but I just like to laugh and laugh at myself lol.

Its not me I'm watching people talk to eachother and the girls never break eye contact. Doesn't seem normal at all to me.
