Is arrogance a turn on or turn off?

Do you find arrogance to be attractive or off putting?

There's this dude I had in one of my classes this whole semester and it wasn't until this week(the last week) that he begins showing interest. But he's super arrogant about himself to the point where it's a turnoff, even though he's SO sexy.

It depends on the kind of arrogance. If its that stand-offish, self-obsessive arrogance, then no, but if its that self-loving, overconfident and self-assured arrogance, then I dig. Like...There's Spiceboy Arrogance and Rockstar arrogance, ahaha. If you understand that.

It's a major turn off for me! I wouldn't ever want to be with a guy who's head is so inflated that he thinks people should kiss the ground he walks on. My ex was very arrogant and he acted like he was better than everyone else and treated me like crap. Confident modesty is much more sexy imo.

Arrogance - no matter how good looking or "sexy" the guy is - is by far the biggest turn-off for me. If I wanted someone who had their head up in space, I'd date an astronaut. Other wise, I'll stick with the down-to-earth types of people :)

HUGE turn off. I wouldn't even consider being friends with someone who was arrogant. I'd just be tempted to smack them upside the head all the time.

Oh my god, massive turn-off. Arrogance = narcissism = mental illness. And mental illness is definitely not sexy. Mental illness means unreliable, mood swings, delusions, defensiveness, selfishness, childishness.. the whole gamut of human sickness.

I find it extremely funny when a guy is arrogant. Its like as though he's blind almost. A little bit of arrogance can be a turn on at first, but it gets annoying eventually.

Arrogance is the BIGGEST TURN OFF. I hate arrogant guys. it can make a guy who would otherwise be attractive ugly. there is a difference between confidence and arrogance, arrogance is just ugh.
