This guy just started at my office a few months ago and we have gotten close. We text each other often and sometimes he calls me sweetie and babe in text. He just asked me out for drinks in a text. He had asked me once before a day or two before. That day he said we should have a drink in memory of our dear ones. But this time he just asked straight out want to get a drink after work? I didn't answer him until two hours later because I was busy but a few minutes before I answered him he wrote ?, he was waiting for me to answer... I am 23 and he is 33, he is a nice guy. But what does this mean? What could he be thinking?
