What does a guy with many female friends indicate about them?

why are certain guys more closer to friends who are females? and I'm not saying one or two, but almost all his friends are girls...

sometimes I wonder if he is gay...

other times he seems like a player...

he even calls a few a them bffs...which only girls use that term to each other...im sure he's just jking, but even then, why would a guy love to be surrounded with girls who are just his friends, without being attracted to them or wanting to date them?

do you guys prefer female friends over male buds? how come?

My brother, who is not gay and has a girlfriend that he's had for 4 years, was friends with a lot of girls back when he was in highschool. I think its just based on the personality you have and my brother just seemed to get along better with girls because he felt that a lot of guys in his school were jackasses and he always found more genuine friendships in females.

Sometimes its genuine, but my last boyfriend was like this, majority of his friends being girls, what he said was that he became friends with them because he was interested in them and keeps them about just in case they become interested... makes me think there are many men who befriend only in hope of getting into bed with them.

I think it has to do with personality and not necessarily looks...although being cute certainly helps.

i think girls offer guys more sympathy and are more understanding then guys and that's why we like them , I mean just compare guys and girls answers on here.

Thank you for the answer! but one more q, do you believe then, that these guys who adore being friends with girls are the kind of guys who are more emotional and into long relationships, and aren't the guys who are players...? because players don't have sympathy for anyone and just fool around with others hearts

Yes I agree with you a lot,unless they are playing the girls you will now by whether he's going and doing stuff with them or he's just friends. I'm very glad to help you , they defo are the more emotional ones tho who need the back up and understanding that girls offer naturally its in there human nature I think , all the best......
