What does his chuckle/laugh mean?

I changed outfits from my uniform to my regular clothes for a party, and when my crush saw me (I didn't look at him because I was in a hurry), he chuckled. I'm sure there wasn't anything wrong with my outfit (not slutty/mismatched/outlandish/etc), so I'm just wondering what the little laugh was for? Do guys normally do this when they see someone change outfits?

shes right, I think when you see someone out of their uniform, it lets them see who you really are, so when he saw your normal outfit, he probably thought it was a good one hence the chuckle

thats kinda why I despise uniforms, because theyre so boring and "same" you can't tell what kind of personality they have, ya know?

depends on the uniform though, some can be pretty "hot"

I think maybe he was just amused to see you in your normal clothes. It's really interesting to see how people dress when you've never seen them out of a uniform. This goes doubly for women, who put a lot of effort and themselves into their appearance.

If there wasn't anything wrong with your outfit, I'd bet this is what it was.
