Hmm. He means he feels comfortable when you're around him and that you make I'm feel happy, warm inside. I think he'd like to spend more time with you and this a gentle nudge towards you indicating how he feels about you - and Ithink he also wants to know/hear you say how you feel around him, tbh.
It means he likes spending time with you. I wouldn't take it as meaning that he's interested in you romantically unless there are other signs that indicate this.
This just means that he likes to spend time with you but this doesn't mean that he wants to be with romantically though
