Nice things to do for my boyfriend after surgery?

My boyfriend is getting surgery on his knee, and I want do nice things for him since he's gonna be stuck on the couch all weekend... any ideas?

Obviously I'll do things like get him food, get him anything he needs, etc.

But do boys like getting get well soon stuff? idkk

Just go and keep him company and spend time with him to cheer him up and make sure that he does not feel lonely.

Just get some movies and a take out. Chill out and cuddle up together and watch some dvds and films together. Also maybe buy him a small present a dvd or game that he has wanted for a while. It will be something that he can keep and also something that will keep him occupied.

If he does not want to spend time with you when he gets out of the hospital don't be offended, its nothing against you. It will be because he is tired and not in the mood for company. Just understand this, be supportive and give him the space that he wants.

not really. I'be be like great, now I have a card or something that I have to debate about keeping for sentimental reasons or throw it away when I'm better.

I'd just want someone to keep me company. Maybe rent some movies or get people to come over and hang out and do something near by. Nothing worse than being incapacitated and having no one around.

Why don't you write him a short letter and hand deliver it to him detailing all the things you love about him. He can't open it till you leave, then he can savor all the sweet things you said about him whenever you're gone. You can't go wrong on this one.

Skip the flowers, write the letter. ;)
