If a guy ask you to cook for him does this means that he is interested in you?

Well I know him for a few years and he is fine,but sometimes when we see each other it was also like he wanted to have a relationship or something close and other times we both act like we don't know each other in public.

About the only thing that you can really interpret from the question is--he's interested in knowing whether you're *willing* to cook for him. It could mean he wants a home-cooked meal, it could mean he wants to see your limits, it could mean he wants to see your place (or you his), or any number of other possibilities.

Limits means what you're currently willing to do for him, analogous to how some students will treat a teacher (or a sub) on the first day, seeing what they can get away with.

That's just one of many possibilities. I don't see enough information to go on.

It could just mean that he wants to eat your food. If you act like you don't know each other in public I would figure the meaning behind that first before I do any kitchen magic for him.
