How many days do guys wait until they call?

If a guy likes you, how many days does he wait before calling you after the first date? Is there a rule you guys follow or does it just depend on the guy?

It depends on the guy (for both questions). If he is the shy type, it could be a very long time. It took me almost 2 years to call after a first date with someone I liked. If you want to go out with him again, you need to at least give him strong hints.

For 1, the next night. For 2, both. There is supposed to be a rule not to call at all, in some cases. But some of us don't go by that rule, so then it depends on who are with.
