How long does a man wait to call/text after kissing/making out on a third date?

I met this guy at a house party. we go to the same university, but different classes. I looked horrible that night after 2 sleepless nights studying for exams. But he asked for my number and asked to hang out with me the next day. We went to watch a movie and went to a bar after ward. I should mention that he's 23 and I'm 25. I have never gone out with younger guys before. So we decided to be friends but then ended up kissing that night. I told him it would be awkward the next day. He sent me a text the next day saying that he's sorry if I'm upset about last night. He said he thinks that I'm a really cool girl and he hopes it won't get in the way of our friendship.

We then texted back and forth every other day. We went out again this past Saturday. He walked my dogs with me and we watched a movie at my apartment. He didn't make any move. But then he text me again on Sunday, trying to scare me about the ghost from the movie we watched. He said he did that so I could invite him over. I did. We ended up kissing, making out passionately on my bed. We also talked a lot and he seems to be interested in getting to know me. We didn't go any further though. He left after kissing my forehead and mumbling "I'll text you". Then he has been MIA for 2 days.

He used to text me right away after we hung out. Now we made a big move, (kissing), and he goes MIA?

Does it mean he is losing interest?

Could be he has other female friends he is getting closer with. I always try to text within a day or 2. After 4 of no contact. Let it go. And if he tries to contact you again, speak your mind. Tell him you don't like game playing. either he is in with you or not.

Or even better - tell him you met someone else yesterday.. That will irk him...
