What does "you're no slouch" mean?

This guy that has shown interest in me said that to me today. But I've never heard the expression and I'm wondering what it means?

It basically means that you're not too passive and you're aware.

Take it as a compliment, maybe he's happy you're not shy and won't talk like a lot of other girls.

Try googling the phrase, or the word you don't understand. He's saying you aren't lazy.

Well I suppose I should've gone into more detail, we were semi flirting via text and I said he was cute and he replied "well you're no slouch". So I don't see how lazy would make sense you know?

I would think that it has the same meaning as "Well, you're not too bad yourself" :)
