What's "You're squishy" supposed to mean?

My friend says that every time we hug each other.

What does that mean?

I'm not anywhere near fat, I'm actually pretty close to underweight based on BMI.

When your friend hugs you in this way, he's in actuality fondling you and touching you inappropriately at the same time, and by saying "You're squishy" he's in reality asking you to join him in his perverse enterprise. Don't you feel violated?

My little cousin loves to lay on my lap and he always tells me my thighs are squishy lol and I'm really thin. But certain parts of my body are "squishy" or softer than other parts. So I'm guessing that's what she means by that.
