yeah don't react. saying "she broke the wrong heart" sort of shows that you aren't someone to be trifled with. and that's not always a good thing. I'm sorry you got used but you should keep your side of the street clean. also, consider that maybe you weren't intentionally a rebound for her. just the next guy. not all girls plan to have a "rebound". how do I think you should recover? move on to the next relationship. not with the intensions of having a rebound relationship, but just to move on with your love life

It depends. It all starts once you start holding her to blame. You've got to get over your anger first. That was my first step and once I learned to let that go everything else fell in place pretty quickly. It took me a long time- years, because of what happened and how I handled it. But once I saw the situation for what it was it only took a month or so to just get over it and move on with my life.
