Do you think hair can be too long?

I know many girls use extensions, but I'm talking about natural hair grown from your own head.

What do you think when you see a woman with really long hair?

Do you think there is a too long? I personally think its too long when its past your back and on your butt or lower than your butt... I guess because I just can't imagine having to deal with that much hair.

third, and bottom two are freaky. the first two look OK. my natural hair almost touches my waist but the ends do not stay as full as the top, so I need to trim it soon. most peoples' natural hair starts to get ratty past mid back.

too long can look ratty and unsophisticated or grungy. it also depends on the woman's age. my friend's mom has extra long hair and she looks gross with it.

some older women can pull it off though. it really depends on the woman, her age, the condition and look of her hair, her overall look.

I think it depends on the state of the hair. The problem with super long hair is it starts to look lifeless, like it has no volume. My hair is almost touching my butt and I think it is starting too look too Cousin Itt-ish. Super long hair definitely looks better on curly or wavy hair.

Yeah I think that unkept or thin hair just looks horrible when long - it draws attention to the state of the hair.

In ancient Japan and China th enoble ladies had hair down to their ankles' of course they had maids to wash and care for this hair when it wasn't pinned up.

Sure it's impractical, but it's also enchanting for most guys to see such long hair. Once I parted it like a curtain and pinched one of those girls...I just could not resist the temptation.

I think that is too long. And hard to take care of. But maybe it is possible to make really long hair look beautiful by creating some style. Make it wavy, curly, and/or add accessories to it rather than having it be simply straight.

I adore long and healthy hair on women. I prefer the first, second and third link though. The other two are a bit too much.

I really like the second link... that's quite hot... but the rest are eh.. not so hot. I think it can be too long.. there comes a point when it will become really difficult to manage especially if you have naturally wavy or coarse hair. I agree... anything past the butt must be a bitch to take care of. I'm going to try and grow my hair out as much as I can.. I want it to touch my butt too but nothing more than that!

I like the first link okay and the second is really hot. I don't like the rest. Generally I find really long isn't better than medium or short. I don't care that much though really and it depends lol.

Damn I think I would go crazy with hair that long... Maintenance must be hell. I think hair can be too long. I think the first and second link are borderline too long for me.. to just wear down anyway.

I actually think its pretty attractive for a girl's hair to be that long. ESPECIALLY if they have it as a ponytail. So nah, I love long hair.
