how all the beautiful ladies doing! What I want to know is why do females like guys to chase them? And I also want to know does a female like for a guy that she likes, to chase her? because I'm talking to this girl that really had a crush on me. We've had each others numbers since thursday. And we've only talked twice. She never calls me, but the 2 times we were on the phone ,we had good conversations, if she said she'll call me back she would, and we would continue talking.The last time I talked to her (Wensday night), I had to click over to the other line, and I was talking to my mom for min. and when I clicked back over she had hung up. I tried calling her back but she didn't pick up the phone. Does she want me to chase her? I mean when we were talking, we were vibing, and she for the first time started the conversation topics. because that first conversation she was really defensive! I mean real defensive!

I haven't called her since that night. Does she want me to chase her?

Note: the night she hung up and didn't pick up the phone when I tried to call back!, most people are telling me that she didn't want to talk to me, but I didn't mentioned that earlier in the conversation someone was calling her and she said she'll call me back. and she did. If she wanted to run ,that was her chance to do it. Not calling back is more of a nicer way to do it, than to just hang up.

We like it when guys chase us because it makes us feel desirable and because in that situation, the guy is being dominant and taking charge. We love it when guys act dominant and go after what they want. It makes us feel more feminine and submissive. Just about all of us like dominant guys. It lets us know that the guys can take care of us and that we won't have to do all the work in the relationship.

When guys sit back and do nothing, they seem feminine and it really turns us off. We like it when guys go after the girls they want. Unless she has been raped or abused by men in the past, just about every girl fantasizes about a guy taking control in the bedroom. Its just hot when guys take control. If a guy can take control of the situation outside of the bedroom, it makes us think about how great he will be in it. When a guy doesn't take control, it shows us that he's going to be timid and submissive in the bedroom and that is just not attractive at all. Women will relate a guys behavior in normal life to sex.

Another thing is that when guys chase us, it takes the guesswork out of it. We don't have to spend hours in our room thinking about "Does he like me? Does he not?". We will just know that he likes us if he chases us and makes it obvious. Then we can either decide to reciprocate interest if we like him back or just avoid and ignore the guy so he can move onto other girls if we don't like him back. It just simplifies things a lot when guys go after the girls they want.

Now about your situation- I would just be straightforward with the girl because people are not mind readers. Just contact her in some way and just ask her to hang out. Just tell her that you like her and you think it would be cool if you hung out. If she really does like you, she's going to be thrilled that you are going after her. We love it when guys chase us in general but if the guy chasing us is the guy we like, we get sooooo excited. You seriously have no idea. And if she lost interest then so what. Move on. It is better you know now rather than wasting time on her. After all she was the one who liked you in the first place so its her loss...

I always find it interesting that women want the guys to have all the worry like the questioner here. It seems mean to me for women to just say it is ok to leave all these questions and then judge a man. Hmmm. Personally, I like for guys to chase me because I'm a little insecure and I like knowing that he wants me just as much as I secretely want him. I'd never put myself out there but it's nice to know that a guy will because it lets me know he is a great guy. Maybe learn little things about her and bring it up in conversation, get to know her for who she is, and try talking to her as much as possible. She could be unsure of how you're feeling, too. The fact that she liked you before you liked her, type thing, could make her feel more odd, as in, does he really like me? why does he like me? you could seem out of her league and it worries her as to if she's good enough for you. let her know she is.

The whole phone situation could be because she may have thought in her head that you were talking on the other line to someone more important than her or she thought she wasn't really giving you a good conversation so she felt stupid. Maybe she wanted to make you think about her, as in, why isn't she answering me?

Dude women want to know you are interested but at the same time they need to be mature enough to let you know they are interested.

She seems interested but in the future just do like she did. Say you will call back because you have to get the other line it is MOMMY or DADDY or Grandpa or Brother, etc. Don't do this for that hot girl from the advanced physics class. lol

Apparently she thinks it is a matter of respect to you to end the phone call and call you back. Key on that! My cousin is the same way, his pet peeve is being on hold with someone as soon as they click over he hangs up.
