Polls: Guy's Behavior

This guy at work is very sociable but not interested in getting to know me at all. He likes to have a chat with pretty much every girl in the office except me and when we discuss work related things he looks like he wants to escape the conversation asap and makes self deprecating jokes (which I am ok with I don’t have to be his friend).

However when I see him in a group (for instance when we talk or when I pass him and his friends by) and don’t notice him right away he acts really loud and smiley with me and positions himself so that he gets all my attention or stares really intensely.

Why does he crave my attention if he doesn’t even consider me interesting?

And NO I’m not talking about a bar or club where you go to meet people. Being upset that a RANDOM woman y’all approach rejects y'all especially when y'all are known to and I quote just want to “pump and dump” 🤮 is crazy

This guy at work sometimes hides in his seat or under the table when he hears me entering the office and looks the other way. He only smiles at me when other people are around, when we are alone he is very dry and short with me but charming and relaxed with everybody else. After overhearing me complain to another coworker about him ignoring me he approached me to tell me I could always talk to him if I had any work related questions and looked at the ground the entire time as if he felt guilty. What is his problem? He is nice and sociable with pretty much anyone but with me he is very standoffish and avoidant

My husband of one year being married and a 7 years being my best friend meaning of open relationship he lives in a separate place mean. When I saw him the other day I did not feel the connection to him he barely Sat by me and I had to force a hug out of him I had to go hug him. And all he did was come over to let me tell Eve on the phone his new girlfriend because we have open relationship that he was really married so I could tell her myself and then he just left he didn't even sleep with me or tried even talk to me? Also he does not call or text me.

This guy goes out of his way to avoid me even though he is very sociable and I hardly ever approach him and we never had a fight. He is comfortable with other women in the workplace

i feel like most guys when they're friends with girls its cause they like her and want to get closer, or they just want to fuck her

also when i mean friend i dont mean a casual 'friend' that you hang out with sometimes with other people or something like that. i mean someone that you at least sometimes hang out one on one, that you talk to often and that you can say they're a friend not just lowkey one

He smiles, nervously laughs and goes bright red.

I find that men much older than me playfully tease me, I’m not sure whether it’s cos they’re attracted to me, or just see me as a friend or think I’m funny?

For instance during a team meeting at work.

My bfs brother didn’t respond to me meanwhile he used to always mass message me before…

I’m telling you it just reflects my mental emotional age and state. XD but I heard recording of myself Wow it’s kinda weird.

I remember a while ago a man on the phone when I was ordering food told me to put mommy and daddy on the phone Lol wth?

Almost every man at work ignores me and doesn’t even look at me when walking past me and greeting me. It’s like I don’t even exist and when I talk to them they try to keep conversation short.
However when I dress a little bit more feminine everyone tries to make excuses to talk to me, one coworker always tries to flirt in front of his friends with me even though he dislikes me or thinks I’m boring.
These men are just as nice to other women regardless of their style. Does it mean these men don’t find my face pretty if I have to dress up just to be visible and treated like every other female coworker?
