racist? LOL
Racist?
@mistninja314 @ShaeNielson yeah I saw one of her comments
What did the comment say exactly? Because reading some of my comments you'd think that I was racist even though i'm not LOL
@mistninja314
It was a Take about Black Women stereotypes and she said to a girl that her hair was stereotypical
It was my myTake, but I did not remember seeing a racist comment. :P
@RainbowFanGirl yeah :/
How is that racist? LOL
@mistninja314 it just came across that way to me.
Well you haven't met my black ass then www.girlsaskguys.com/.../q1292716-why-do-white-people-get-called-racist-even-if-they-are-not I am Not RACIST but like you always see me say "I'd be a damn lie to say that i wasn't at least prejudice against white men" LOL www.girlsaskguys.com/.../q1461945-why-do-black-people-try-to-claim-beyonce I talk more shit about white people than anyone on this site LOL www.girlsaskguys.com/.../q1463427-everyone-tells-me-i-look-irish-scottish-english-ha-what-do-you I could go on and on LOL
Lol I don't think she was being racist. :)
@mistnigga314 @RainbowFanGirl eh
I wouldn't say that was racist
How about no shaming at all? I'm super skinny and there's not a single day, unless I have no interaction with people, that someone doesn't make a comment.
sheltered American question: Is Fat Acceptance just a US thing or in UK too?
Uk is full of it. All this "real women have curves" shit. I'm not going to let fat girls make me feel shit for being skinny
It's in UK TOO? Aw fuck, it truly is a plague lol it's spreading.
"Uk is full of it. All this "real women have curves" shit. I'm not going to let fat girls make me feel shit for being skinny"
It's not right for anyone of any body size to criticize another's shape. I can't stand when I see girls say things like "real women have curves" or who tell skinny women to go eat a cheeseburger but you're not going to fix that by shaming all overweight people, you're only contributing to the problem and you're doing exactly what you hate having done to you.
yes why is this old trend appearing again. Curves are sexy, but rolls, not so much
It is ok to be fat. What isn't ok is when people try to tell me to find it attractive. That's annoying and no amount of shaming will get me to comply.
amen brother fat chicks are NOT attractive
Agreeeeed.
Fat is... Obesity is not. Obesity by definition is a disorder of abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health.
Why? Uh... because people are lazy and stupid. And rather than change, because change is hard, they'd rather yell at the void and say it's someone ELSE's problem that being fat is unattractive and unhealthy.
Pretty simple.
I don't like the word skinny. I prefer wiry.
I take good care of myself. I exercise a lot & I eat healthy, & it shows. If someone doesn't like it that's his/her problem.
Because most fat people've given up, because you know... They're fat.
Wow. You sure care about money a lot.
Of course? Wouldn't you rather have money spend on schools and hospitals, instead of lifting gear for people who are eating themselves to death?
Money requires work, work is effort. Since obesity is costing money, she has to put effort to help support a lifestyle. why is that fair?
Personally, I'm disgusted by people who whine about what their taxes are going to. They always sound as if they would prefer to pay no taxes at all. Coupled with her complete lack of empathy for these people, she just comes off as an ignorant, superficial person.
@muspelhem_5 completely agree.
I think it's even more pathetic that she picks this subject to be concerned about tax money with, do people know all the bullshit that their tax money is spent on lol yet you want to single out a specific body type and blame them for it, give me a break. The context is completely judgmental, insensitive and completely lacking any sort of solution for the problem, to me it's just another excuse to spew hate because someone doesn't fit your standards, someone needs to get over themselves.
Yeah I care about money. I support my 12 year old autistic brother, and I see obese people claiming huge benefits and he gets fuck all. His school alone costs me 30 grand a year
So making a rude, judgmental take making people feel worse about themselves with absolutely zero solutions for the problem is going to fix that? Just be honest, you don't like overweight people, you wanted to make something hateful out of it so you did just that.
There are many other takes you could have made as far as tax money is concerned and the ways it's distributed wrong but you choose to single out certain people for whatever reason you felt justified with.
I took care/supported my grandmother for 10+years before she passed away, she had dementia, cancer, blood clots etc. and she received only $500 a month from social security, $400 of that went to medication every single month and she couldn't even get food stamps when I see so many other people getting disability, food stamps, free medication etc. My point is I didn't decide to single out a group of people who struggle with something and complain about them because I didn't get my way, there are so many issues with the government, taxes, health care etc. and it's so unfair and actually really pathetic to pin the majority of it on a certain group of people.
The whole world's going down to shit. I see so many dumb things that people start to accept now a days.
For the sake of being kind and not making troubled individuals feel less than what they already do.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people want a woman or man with a little extra. Let them be.
I completely agree with you.
In this day and age, being unhealthy should be an issue more than beauty.
Beauty fades and doesn't kill you.
Being unhealthy does.
And a lot of us are just bigger because of genetics. Does that make us bad?
I just like the look of a little larger. To a degree, mind. And I don't think there's anything wrong with people having different preferences.
i dont live in the UK but i agree with you.
I seriously believe the fat /obesity gene exist and can't be altered.
Medical professionals don't think that obesity is ok.
