This isn't just tailored towards men. It's a general thing. And it took me awhile to get consistent in my healthy eating. The workout part was easy and has been consistent from the beginning. I already stated that everyone was different and all that.
You are still fat, so you have a very high daily caloric maintenance, as in you need to consume a fair bit a day to maintain the same weight, so a diet will just peel off the pounds. For people at a normal starting weight, this isn't a very effective routine.

If you wanna lose weight, this is perfect. If you just wanna gain muscle or get toned, of course it's not that great. This isn't for skinny guys.
