I have fish for dinner literally everyday, and dark leafy vegetables as well. I take oatmeal for breakfast and yogurt as desert.

Yeah, I've seen different articles about that saying different things. I think that the general consensus is that they are mostly good :)

I like beans n da berries n da fish but also rice n pastas n grains n sunflower seeds > pumpkin n yogurt is fantastic.

I thought dairy was bad? Nutrition is the most confusing subject in the world.
It is! Dairy in moderation is alright but you don't need it nearly as much as the dairy industry wants you to believe. Milk is actually the worst dairy one can consume. Yoghurt is much better in comparison. Oh, and always go for the full-fat kind. Why? Because fat contains vitamins and nutrients which are discarded when the fat gets removed from dairy. Fat is good for you but milk really is for cows, not humans.

Some fish can do more harm than good. the same with the leafy greens if you have blood clots.

Fat isn't your enemy. Nuts contain good fats mostly. Certain vitamins can only be delivered by eating fat foods. Sugar is much more important to avoid.
Natural beef/chicken/fish burgers with salad are nice. Plus breast milk.
Breast milk? Is this a baby or toddler doing this? No offense but come on.
No, breast milk is good for you. Its rich nutrients. I can see your confusion, when I suck on my girlfriends breasts she usually excretes milk.
