I know what everyone is saying when it comes changing from an unhealthy lifestyle to an healthy lifestyle. It can be very difficult for them to really adjust to this (especially when you have lived in a household that encourages the unhealthy lifestyle).
Eating healthy doesn't mean u have to completely give up the foods you love all together. Eating those foods in moderation, but make sure the healthier foods remains dominant in the amount of food you eat each day. Also set on cheat day it will help with cravings. Find a healthy food to help kill those cravings.
Finally, working out is the second most difficult part, because people whom have junk food dominant in every day lives can't do much. Eating healthy foods slowly (while adding more each time) will help with that. Just gradually get more and more exercise each day. Be sure to set small goals each day to help motivate you. On top of that make sure you put your mind to it, you'll be surprised what you can accomplish. Other pointers on this or ideas please post below.
