1. Diet
Diet - NOT the verb, the noun!
Buy the things you know you can find in nature. Use those to makeu homecooked meals. If you have one day - do a few meals that day and freeze them for the rest of the week.
Drink water - when you're thirsty. A lot of the time when you think you're hungry you're just thirsty.
Put lemons in your water in the morning - kinda helps with your tummy.
Eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and high fiber foods. Your body will thank you!
Don't have unhealthy foods in your house - if you have them, clean them out. Don't buy anymore - if you don't have that at home you won't eat it.
2. Exercise
Do it as much as you can - walk around, run, swim, pilates, yoga - just make sure you engage all of your muscles when you do all of this - don't just limply do them.
Make healthier life decisions: take the stairs, vacuum yourself, wash the windows...
Change things up: don't always do the same things - don't let your body get used to it - because then it won't respond in the same way to it. Dance...jump...
Your best bet is to do it in the mornings (but it depends on the person...if you're a procrastinator then do it asap in the day)!
3. Wire Your Brain
DON'T think about this as a regime or a diet or a fad...think of it as a lifestyle change. Incorporate some of these on a daily, weekly or a monthly bases - it all depends on you. Just think healthy, buy healthy things and you'll feel healthier!
