Being seriously underweight or seriously overweight can seriously effect your health. Keep calm unless your doctor finds anything that could be harmful to your health. If there's any problems try working out and eating better.


Step 2. Treat yourself the way you want to be treated


You wouldn't want anyone else to insult your body, so stop doing it to yourself. Sometimes we say or think negative things about our bodies. We all need to be a little nicer to ourselves. Stop telling yourself that you're too fat, skinny, talk, short or otherwise.


Step 3. Compliment yourself


Instead of telling yourself how ugly you are, remind yourself that you are beautiful and that you are worthy of love. Love yourself! Whenever you look in the mirror tell yourself that you look sexy, even if you just rolled out of bed and you feel like a mess.
