Waist training and corset training are different. My aunt is a fitness instructor and she uses a waist trainer and it's designed to exercise in. Waist training doesn't move your organs around but corset training does.
How about you just get active and get a nice fit body if you want a thin waist?

May I ask what kinda corset you use? Is it steel boned?
