
My fellow G@gers, I want to make this very short and sweet. Many of you want to lose fat, and many of you want to lose fat *in a certain spot*. I am here to tell you, officially, that you *CANNOT* choose where the fat comes off. Fat comes off in different spots for different people based on genetics. It is out of your control. Please, no more "how can I lose fat in my boobs?" Or "how can I lose fat in my thighs?" Just get out there, do your cardio (HIIT, swimming, biking), and be excited when you watch the fat melt off!
