why not? what stopping you, if your passionate about it, go for it.
Women should do krav maga. It focuses on attacking weak spots and get the fight over as quickly as possible.
So it does not require lots of stamina or strength.
Krav Maga is a joke. Sorry. Show me someone who has effectively utilized Krav Maga, and wasn't an overbuild pile of muscle that could snap your neck in a second?

The strongest MMA girls are weaker than the weakest male MMA fighters; there is no comparison.
That being said, I agree that MMA skills can be useful for girls to obtain.

I completely agree, sporty girls are the best, especially girls who train martial arts.

@Benedek38 itโs not realistic either. Itโs extremely hard for even a trained women to knock out a man. However her choking him out via jiu jitsu is more probable.
I agree that women have a marginally better chance in grappling than striking, but let's be fair, generally unless she is a proficient fighter, maybe a professional, there is no way she's going to be able to cope with a man of her size or larger. I've trained with women more experienced than me when I was on my first or second MMA session, women who were as tall as me (I am only 5'8"), and I belt them into a pretzel without much hardship.
We should just stick to teaching martial arts for the sake of martial arts, and if someone can effectively use it, great. I don't expect to be beating up 6'5" musclebound guys anytime soon either - I would try if it came to that, but I wouldn't feel confident about it.
@Benedek38 or teach women how to properly use a hand gun which is the great equalizer if a much larger man attacks her. But wait a second most of the liberal women on GAG are anti gun so there goes that idea.
Itโs good for women to train for multiple reasons. Not only to protect themselves against men but even other bully girls as well. But the whole โprotect yourself against a lurking rapistโ canโt be the number one focus. Itโs been used doggedly over the years and fear will only go so far for recruitment.

That's not an option where i live, but sure, that's a good idea. As long as "properly use" doesn't involve abuse. I know plenty of women who I wouldn't dare giving a gun of any kind, lest they shoot someone in an emotional outburst. Throughout my life, I have been assaulted by women way more than men, and I see no reason why this would change with handguns.
In fact, now that you mention it, women being overly defensive and applying violence inappropriately could be caused by this craze that all. men are violent rapists, and she must protect herself at all costs.

Iโve had women abuse their sexuality to try to provoke and instigate shit with me before. They know if I retaliated everybody would take her side.
