all of this is true.. to be honest the hardest part about working out is to start, but after week 2 of working out and you got the ball rolling its pretty easy to stay on it.

Have you seen this @BelleGirl21 ? And for me its partially 5 they are soo warm! and i could not stand long enough because of my health problems.
Yes, I'm in love with my bed too. It's part of the reason why I work out in the evenings before bed! If you can't stand for long start off with multiple smaller exercises throughout the day or look for workouts where you aren't directly on your feet, possibly swimming or biking? :)
Once people in your own family start disrespecting you because you are fat it will make you want to go to the gym every day.
Yes, I have used one or more of those excuses listed above. Maybe I can find those two beautiful gym buddies at the gym. Then I'd definitely be motivated to go!

Ok im going to be honest with you all here. you don't need a gym to reap the rewards of losing weight if that's your goal.
