Im 5'8" if that means anything. I know her butt isn't real i am busty so i figured the top is secure enough butt i am self conscious about my legs and thighs

Do not eat less. This leads to disorders. You just need to monitor what you eat. Cutting out the junk and eating more natural things.
Also, cardio is the key to losing extra fat. If you run for 15-30 minutes 5 times a week I guarantee you will see results.
Remember that it is unfair to compare yourself to other body images and that this body is most likely photoshopped. Just be the best you can be. You don't need to starve yourself to get this

You want to eat small meals but more often , your stomach will shrink because it does not need to hold large amounts anymore,
Then running to burn fat and crunches to tone.
