Start off small. Use lighter weights and only workout 2-3 times a week. Nothing to crazy so you can still do your normal activities. Just get into a routine first rather than kill your body right away. It's all about getting into a habit.
Start off slow then gradually work your way up to more times a week and heavier weights. The more you do the more you will actually want to work out. That doesn't mean you have to jump into 1 hour workouts 5 days a week. It's all about repetition so just do a little at first then go up a little more each week until you are back in a routine. It took me a while to learn this but now I feel guilty if I miss a workout. You'll get back into it. It just takes patience. Hope that helped!

dude me too. my classes were just killing my time and I had all these schedule conflicts and I didn't hit the gym for like 4 months but what really helped me was I found a workout buddy and now im back at the gym and im liking it. I feel so good. im in pain right now though hahaha my biceps and back are absolutely killing me! maybe if you can find like an accountability buddy you will feel the motivation. also check out bodybuilding forums. that motivated me a lot too.
Take a five hour and believe me, you will want to run around the block, lift heavy objects and just keep moving! lol But really though it takes about 20 times before you feel that "workout addiction" so just go and keep going :)

Watch the pumping iron documentary on Netflix omg I put it on repeat when I'm training at home that gives me immense motivation:)
Look back and realize how fun it was and that you can get a great looking body.
Ask ur self these questions:
1. Why do I want to achieve this? (Write down 5 reasons)
2. How will I feel once I will overcome all obstacles and achieve my goal?
3. What will it cost me in 10yrs time if I give up?
