Will I gain weight from doing this or can I maintain my shape?

So I have lost weight and hit my target but now I'm doing squats. I'm not doing the ones with the barbel. I'm using dumb bells. Do those work the same way as the barbel? Also, bc I am trying to get a bigger butt, I heard eating certain foods help such as corn bread. If I eat these fatty foods but continue to work out, can I still keep my shape? Will eating them help my butt if I am working out or will that cancel out the effect of the fatty foods.

Will working out cancel the effects of the fatty foods before they have a chance to make my butt bigger?
